Hi, I'm Tamela Lloyd-Carraway, M.S., CPDPE, Founder & CEO of TLC Coaching & Consulting. I help children, families, professionals, and organizations thrive through parent coaching, autism and developmental disability consultation, care coordination, advocacy, and evidence-based training—transforming lives with care and building stronger communities.

Michael J. Lewis
Michael J. Lewis is a trainer, presenter, and educator with over 15 years of experience in fatherhood engagement, parent education, youth development, and family strengthening. Using culturally responsive, trauma-informed approaches, he empowers parents, youth, and families through evidence-based education, strengths-based coaching, and practical strategies that build resilience, healthy relationships, and positive outcomes.

Juan Cuba
Juan Cuba is a trainer, presenter, and educator with over 25 years of experience in fatherhood, men's wellness, parent education, and family support. A Health Educator and longtime Men Overcoming Violence (MOVE) facilitator, he uses culturally responsive, trauma-informed approaches and is a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor specializing in family strengthening and community wellness.

We begin with a FREE Discovery Consultation to learn about your family's unique story, strengths, challenges, values, and goals. This is a safe, supportive space where you can share your concerns without judgment while we build a foundation of trust and partnership.

Together, we'll explore practical strategies, trusted resources, and personalized guidance tailored to your family's needs. We'll also create a Personal Family Vision Plan that provides a clear roadmap toward your goals.
